How much do I need to budget?
Portrait art by Butterfly Kiss Photography is most importantly an investment in your memories. Most families plan on spending $500 – $800, packages range in price from $600 – $1250. Since every family has different needs, I would love to discuss what I can do for you within your budget.
Can I buy a CD of images?
NEW for 2011: Digital files are now available for purchase! I know how important these files are to you and I want to make sure you have the option to keep them forever. It is also really important to me that you have high quality professional prints and products to enjoy. Digital files are included in our most popular packages, and may be purchased a la carte. In addition, every session does come with a few web-sized images for use online, such as Facebook.
Where do sessions take place?
Newborn sessions always take place in the comfort of your own home. All other sessions are photographed on-location outdoors. Locations include parks, rustic areas, and urban environments. I will suggest a location based on your needs during our consultation.
Can I schedule a session in your studio?
I specialize in natural light, on-location photography to create a specific artistic style. At this time I do not photograph in studio.
When/how do I pay?
Session fees are due within 5 days of booking a session to reserve your date. Orders are paid in full at the time they are placed. Payment by check preferred, however cash and credit cards are also accepted. Payment plans are available, please inquire. Applicable sales tax will be added.
