Blossoms + Wings | Seattle Tacoma Child Photographer

I am so excited to share some more pictures I took last week while doing my image for the Shot of Inspiration project….Avery had so so much fun doing this, I mean what little girl doesn’t want to dress up as a fairy frolicking in the pink cherry blossoms?! This is why I love photographing children so much, especially at this age, they are so full of imagination. These photos make my heart sing!

Week 7: Wings | Shot of Inspiration

This week’s theme is Wings. I had so much fun with this one! I wanted to do something whimsical, that captured this beautiful spring season we have finally been able to enjoy. I took Avery on a walk and we found this gorgeous little knoll with the cherry trees and she became my cherry blossom fairy. There is something so magical about a pair of wings, that can cause a child’s imagination to take flight.

katie - photography is important for reminding us of memories that may have been lost, but a forever captured in film. I look forward to sharing photgraphs of my daughters when there small for them to enjoy when they are older

Jennifer Adams - Photography is my favorite thing ever! (Next to my children). It captures a space in time, an idea, an emotion, a fleeting thought. It can transport the viewer exactly where you want them to go, or exactly where they need to go. PHOTOGRAPHY IS AMAZING!!!!

Molly Deming - Where to start…I have loved old photos and taking pictures since I was young. Photography is about capturing a moment in time that you want to remember forever. I love looking back at pictures and smiling. I can feel the weather, emotions, and activities from that day. For me, photography is about reliving great moment in our lives again and again.

Kelly - Photography has always been important to me but especially these last two years since having my daughter! I absolutely cherish every portrait that is taken of her. She has changed so much and everytime I walk down our hall I see the beautiful portraits Tami has taken every step of the way! These are priceless treasures!

I love that when I look back at pictures of my children I remember so much about that time in their lives and what was happening that day.
