Valentine Fortunes | Crafty

Well I have to start by saying, I really adore pinterest and the ease with which you can find delightful crafty ideas there!  I found this link on pinterest: felt fortune cookies from MarthaStewart.com and knew instantly we would be making these 🙂  Avery was a great helper, although I had to do most of the work, cutting out all those circles from felt, and all the little pieces, but she was my go-to gal for assembly.  For the circle we just traced an old sour cream container, it worked like a charm.  We printed up a variety of different sayings on the computer, inspired mostly by the traditional sweetheart candies: UR cute, B mine, etc….but my favorite of all was the one featured below: U make my ♥ sing.   So, if you are looking for a last minute cute and crafty Valentine idea, why not try making some of these, the kids will love them, and parents will thank you for not adding to the inevitable sugar high.  I would also love if you shared your Valentine crafts, just leave a link to your projects in the comment and I will be sure to check it out!
